Over the last few years we have acquired some of the best domain
names for attracting people to search real estate sites when using any
of the major search engines. This means that as a member
of New Dawn for REALTORS, you will have 300 to 500 times the
number of people seeing your listings everyday, 24 hours a day
for as long as you are a member of New Dawn.
There are two things that you
must commit to when you become a member:

You must register
yourself so that people may find your listings

You must follow-up on every
lead you receive within 4 hours after retrieving the email
message from your inbox
When you do both of these , you will have plenty of opportunities to
follow-up real leads, which will lead to making the
sale.
We have said a lot in our
brochure and above, now it is time we explained the process. As
you are aware the typical Internet search tool brings up
listings matching the visitors criteria. It then allows them to
see detailed information, but then the OWNER of that site gets
the referrals; this happens when the visitor clicks on the more
information link for your listing. Not anymore, when someone finds your listing
in their search and they desire more information, they will
click on a link, fill in their name, city of residence and their
email address, nothing else will be required. At that point we
will test the email address to insure that it is valid. After we
receive validation an email will be sent to you with the above information
including the MLS# of the listing for which they have an interest.
You will be charged a small fee of $9.99 only. That is it, no
more large percentage referral fees, no more additional charges.
You will see results by only paying for results, not paying for
promises. At the time of signing up you will be charged a one
time setup fee of $27. Since there are no other fees
involved you will remain a subscriber for as long as you are
active in real estate.
Lets suppose that a visitor
selects a listing for a non-member (someone who is not a
subscriber) at that point the system will bring up the next
agent who is a member and send them the email; this will
be on a rotating basis, every member having equal opportunities. This means
that anyone who is not a member will lose out on that
referral while our members will be getting more referrals
with the same fee and no additional charges.
If you would like to increase
your chances of having visitors see your listings, we have
provided for a small number of ads that may be added as a part
of your subscription. Check out where you ads will be placed by

During sign-up we will offer you
the chance to have a banner ad or a featured listing ad placed
on each of the 36 sites (for
a list of sites to be added during 2007 click here), these will be limited to 36 Rotating Banner Ads
and 72 Rotating Featured Listing Ads. And to give more
individuals an opportunity you may ONLY add ONE of these Ads to
your subscription account. As sites are added we may increase
the total number of banner ads to equal the total number of
sites. But we will never have more banner ads than
total sites.
These ads will rotate on each
site continually, meaning that at any one time your ad may
appear on all the sites simultaneously.
The Banner ad will consist of
your company logo, your photo and a statement about letting me
help you in your search for property; then a 'click here to see
all my listings'. Once your ad is clicked the person will
be taken to a screen that will just have your active listings.
No search required, just click on the banner ad and there they
are. You will have a control panel from which you may change the
wording at any time. If you wish to change the logo or your
photo simply forward those to us and we will change the banner.
The Featured listing ad will
consist of the primary image provided to the MLS, a frame around
the image and price, sub-division and additional information,
when someone clicks on this image (ad) they will be taken to the
complete details of that listing. You will be provided a control
panel where you may enter a different MLS# at any time, once you
save (activate) the new number, that listing will then appear in
the rotating ad.
What are the costs for these ads?:
the Banner ads are $600/year and the Featured Listing ads are
$450/year. Once again there will ONLY be 36 Banner ads and 72
Featured ads available, once they are gone there will be no
more.
